About the Yoga Instructor
Eeshaanee first started learning yoga when she was 9 years old and has been a regular practitioner for over 6 years now. She has received her Teacher Training Certificate from Siddhi Yoga International, Singapore for multi-style yoga (including hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga and currently training for Sivananda yoga and restorative yoga) and has a voluntary teaching experience of over 2 years in Hong Kong. She is also a registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, USA. She strongly believes in empowering people through yoga. At HKU, she has been teaching yoga for beginners, intermediate practitioners and breathing techniques for stress reduction.
